I've been wanting shutters for a long time and had gotten a few estimates, but I wasn't feeling confident about the final look. I even told Megan I can be a little particular and wasn't sure I could be pleased! I'm so glad she was patient and took the time to explain the difference between the frame options. She even showed me what it would look like in a home, and I'm so happy I went with the frames. The shutters are a great investment, and I'm completely satisfied with how they look. Megan was fantastic throughout the entire process—she listened to my concerns and never made me feel pressured. I even called back about my bathroom window, and they promptly explained the solution. These shutters are exactly what I wanted, and I won't be changing them anytime soon!

Megan and Cory are very friendly. Showed us several options for our windows, came up with solutions for our sliding door, gave recommendations for cost saving. Sent us a quote, gave us time to think about what we wanted. No pressure, just information. Came back to install, made sure they fit, that we knew how to use them. Would use again if needed. A little pricey, but done right.
