Jen called me immediately the same day to give me a day Charlie could come out. The same week, Charlie came, measured where I needed blinds, and told me the blinds would be in in a few weeks. I got a text from Jen the next week and Charlie came a few days later and put them up. They look GREAT. We've used Louver Shop before and are completely satisfied. Give them a try.
