Bill got his start in window treatments over 20 years ago, starting in Raleigh, NC, but a few years after, the lure of sunny Florida was too much and he moved to St. Augustine in 2006.

Bill Turner and his helper Daniel just finished installing the plantation shutters in my house. We started out only doing three bedrooms and one glass door. After Bill completed installing our blinds they were absolutely beautiful! So we had Bill measure the windows in our family room, dining room, living room and office. After waiting a few weeks our blinds were in and Bill and Daniel installed all of the blinds. They were absolutely gorgeous! So we asked Bill to measure the windows in our master bedroom and bathroom and our garage. Three weeks later our blinds are now all installed and Bill and Daniel have done an amazing job in our home. It’s like we have just bought a new home. I feel that the quality of the blinds are great the price is very reasonable. We never thought that we could ever afford plantation shutters!
