I had a great experience with this company. I used them in the past and needed to add upper shutters to match the lower ones on my windows. It had been almost 15 years so difficult to match. They made the process so easy. They recommended the best solution for me which is simply beautiful. They were easy to work with and very meticulous in their installation. I also added shades in another room in the house that also look great! They were very professional and friendly. I recommend them highly and would use them again.

Excellent experience all around from initial consult to installation. Our first set came with some minor cosmetic issues, when we asked about touch up paint and sent photos we were informed that the entire shutter needed replaced. Without any hassle the replacement was ordered and the installation scheduled. Installers were professional, on-time and polite both times. We have just recently had four windows done in plantation shutters and are extremely pleased with the experience. From the initial estimate by Mary to the final installation by Jeff and his son everything went very smooth and the shutters are beautiful. They even came in weeks ahead of schedule.
