Mary Martin and Jeff Straub are the two force-multiplier personalities of the Louver Shop of North Orlando. They both grew up in Georgia and always wanted to move to Florida. So, when they got the opportunity to go into business for themselves, providing and installing window treatments, they took it immediately.

Mary's History & Experience in Window Treatments
Mary started with the Louver Shop back in May 2019 as a blind, shade, and exterior shutter manager expert. Meanwhile, Jeff began his construction career as a teenager, working as a master trim carpenter, and boasts over 30 years of experience in a variety of home improvement projects, ranging from trim to total remodels.
Mary was offered her own territory while she worked in corporate for the company and knowing the manufacturing process and the products from the inside out, she knew it would give her the confidence to develop relationships that were genuine. Together, they deliver on that goal and as a result, have many happy customers who refer new people because they’re pleased with the quality of the products and the whole process.

Mary has two daughters in college and two dogs at home. She enjoys going to the beach and four-wheeling, as well as family outings to local sporting events. Mary also sponsors the local Marion County Youth Football League because she deeply believes in youth sports and supports scholarships for underprivileged kids.

Mary and Jeff’s approach to business is completely centered around their customers. I had a great experience with this company. I used them in the past and needed to add upper shutters to match the lower ones on my windows. It had been almost 15 years so difficult to match. They made the process so easy. They recommended the best solution for me which is simply beautiful. They were easy to work with and very meticulous in their installation. Excellent experience all around from initial consult to installation. Our first set came with some minor cosmetic issues, when we asked about touch up paint and sent photos we were informed that the entire shutter needed replaced. Without any hassle the replacement was ordered and the installation scheduled. Installers were professional, on-time and polite both times.
