Outstanding experience with Louver Shop. We were looking for window coverings for 4 areas of our home (bedroom, kitchen, sunroom and living room). From the first visit from Ronnie Lennox of the Louver Shop through the installation we couldn’t have been more pleased. Ronnie discussed all of the options we had for the various windows and worked with us as we considered those options. We appreciated his honesty and patience as we made our decisions. Once we came to our conclusions, Ronnie took care of the rest. Installation day was so exciting and easy. Ronnie arrived with our shades and every window was installed seamlessly. Love, love, love my new shutters. I had the Louver Shop of Maryland install shutters at our previous home 25 years ago. We just moved and couldn’t wait to call them back for our new house. The Louver Shop of Maryland provided us with excellent services from the initial rep. visit and preparation of a very reasonable estimate, to final installation and clean-up! Mr. Chris Fairman provided EXCELLENT installation and clean-up services in a very timely manner. Mr. Fairman was very professional and thorough as he worked; he was very quiet as he unpacked the blinds and installed them, as well as disposing of old drapes and hardware. He made sure I was happy with the results prior to his departure. Based on this first contract, we will definitely be working with The Louver Shop of Maryland again in the near future as we continue our window blinds project to beautify our home!
I highly recommend the Louver Shop of Maryland. The entire team is very professional. Greg was fantastic in identifying options for our non-perfect semi-circle window that still allowed for movable louvers PLUS an Indow noise reduction insert (if still needed). Ronnie's attention to detail with the installation made that process quick and easy. Most importantly I have a beautiful shutter that is providing light and even noise reduction that was nearly half the cost of a competitor! It is a no brainer we will be using them for an future window covering needs!
