Great experience from start to finish. Melissa was very helpful in explaining the different fabrics and options. She even made an additional trip to bring back a sample of what I had decided on prior to ordering. Installation went great also. The new shades look great.....couldn't be more pleased with them. I would highly recommend the Louver Shop for anyone needing new window treatments.

Melissa Cloyd a rep for Louver Shop Shutters helped me replace some very dirty, poor fitting shutters. She was very professional, had many suggestions, and made the process much easier for me. There were plenty of choices for style and color. She and her husband measured and hung the shutters when they arrived. They are perfect!! Great job, and I highly recommend this company and especially if you are in the OKC area, call Melissa Cloyd.

We had shutters installed on two windows last year before the cold weather set in, and they definitely blocked the cold air. We were looking for a feature to reduce use of energy for heating.They are easy to clean, virtually maintenance free, and the installation was very professionally done. The shutters look great and are improvement over blinds and curtains. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Louver Shop for window improvements.
