Buying window treatments can be daunting due to the vast number of products available. Melissa always goes above and beyond to help make the process is easy and convenient, coming prepared with all the samples and colors, etc. based on our needs and budget. Melissa and her crew have gone above and beyond to make sure we have just the product we need (even helping us fix a previously-installed Hunter Douglas Roman shade that needed new batteries for which I could not easily reach). We have purchased a home full of window, blinds and replaced old accordion closet doors with a retractable cellular product from The Louver Shop and couldn’t be happier with the results. Our new shutters were installed today and we are sooooooo happy ! We worked with Melissa Cloyd and absolutely loved her. She is so knowledgeable!! She took her time and went over the different styles we had to choose from . Melissa explained everything to us and also advised us of a tax credit that we will receive for the Louverwood Insulation System. We had two other estimates and Melissa gave us more information than the other two. After we placed the order my husband and I were certain we chose the right company. The shutters were delivered earlier than expected. Our installer Rick was fantastic . He knew his job and did an excellent job installing our shutters .
