Incredible quality and customer service!! I purchased plantation shutters for our new home from 'The Louver Shop Savannah', and I couldn’t be happier! They are fantastic and look brilliant. Could not be more thrilled! My entire experience was the customer service! From the initial meeting with Ryan for the right choice of shutters – perfect for our home - , to the final installation by Chris ! The shutters fit like a dream. Love the look! My new shutters and motorized shades are beautiful. Quality products with lifetime warranty. Ryan was very professional, gave me ideas and helped me pick out what would work best in my home. Chris was meticulous when installing, taking several measurements before installing the shutters, and was very careful not to leave any mess or debris behind.

Very good people to do business with and we have a quality product in their blinds and shutters. Our only issue was we wanted our shutters painted to match the window trim. Unfortunately the color did not match and we were given the refund amount

The complete purchase process from initial quotation through installation was excellent! Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us great advice on the type of plantation shutters to purchase. His pricing was very competitive too. The shutters arrived ahead of schedule and the installation was perfect. The installer took his time and was a perfectionist! Ryan and his team are simply outstanding!!

High quality product. Attention to detail from measurement though installation. Great follow through on every aspect of the process. Installation team was thoughtful, organized and left the work area clean. 24 shutters installed including French doors. Replacing all the fabric and shade window treatments with plantation shutters transformed the rooms to a clean look leaving a peaceful feeling. Plus easy to keep clean and make complimentary design choices. I am VERY pleased.
