Since buying a new house in South Florida, I had never been happy with the look of my windows, and the window treatments. I had never heard of plantation shutters before. The Louver Shop was introduced to me by my daughter. Within a day of calling for some information, Jeff Sanders, the owner, was at my front door! He had samples and a wealth of information. He showed me how they would look in my home and gave me an estimate. I was intrigued and excited about ordering them getting them installed. Jeff was open and honest with me about the delayed shipping of the shutters due to COVID, 6 weeks! I was blown away when the shutters and the installer arrived at 5 weeks. Paul, my installer was above and beyond. He was professional, good at his trade and efficient. He was pleasant to have in my home and very respectful. My home has been transformed in the best way ever and I couldn't be happier.
