Jen called me immediately the same day to give me a day Charlie could come out. The same week, Charlie came, measured where I needed blinds, and told me the blinds would be in in a few weeks. I got a text from Jen the next week and Charlie came a few days later and put them up. They look GREAT. We've used Louver Shop before and are completely satisfied. Give them a try. I was very pleased with the blinds that I purchased from the Louver Shop. They had previously installed blinds in my daughter's home and both of us were very happy with the outcome. Another family member recommended this company to me. Charlie was great! He walked me through the process and was very knowledgeable about the products. He presented all options to me and helped me to find the product that best suited my needs. The wait time was brief and Charlie installed my blinds quickly once they arrived.
