Recently purchased a new home in Sunbury and we needed window coverings. We searched the internet, visited Big Box stores and talked to reps about coming to our home for a consultation. Nobody seemed interested about visiting our home but they all wanted to email us a quote. Then I called the Louver Shop Shutters of Columbus and spoke with Jenni. She listened to my request and scheduled at time for her husband, Charlie to meet with my wife and I at our home. Charlie came with an arm load of samples. He listened to what we were looking for and offered suggestions. I could tell he had been doing this for awhile. Charlie is very knowledgeable and professional.My wife and I decided to go with shades, shutters and blinds. Charlie measured all the windows and said he would provide us a quote the next day which he did. We placed the order.We felt very comfortable working with Charlie and Jenni. They kept us updated and Charlie installed the shades and blinds.When the shutters arrived, Alan did the install.
