My wife and I are new to the Panhandle. We purchased a new home and needed window treatments. We found the Louver Shop thru an ad in our local newspaper. We called, made an appointment with Jim Potter, he was prompt, knowledgable, showed us samples and let us know they are made in America. The shutters arrived in 6 weeks as promised. Tony, who was the installer, arrived on time, was very professional, the shutters were very well made, the install went perfectly and they look beautiful.
