I shopped several companies for my new home with very different results. Some sales reps called in sick the day of their scheduled appointment missing their appointment. Some sales reps just didn’t show at all for the scheduled appointment. I received different information from the sales reps. Some were promoting a wood product and some were promoting the vinyl product and different installation methods. The Louver rep was the franchise owner. He showed me different options and carefully walked me through the best of many options for me. He made the selection process easier than all the other sales reps. When the order was placed he was very upfront about the factory time to make the plantation shutters that I had selected due to delays created by the COVID pandemic. He stated he would follow up with me if there would be any delays or shipping problems. He followed up with me! He contacted me when the shutters were being shipped. He estimated the arrival date and scheduled the installation. The installation was done perfectly by the franchise owner and a helper. Two doors and 11 windows were completed in a matter of a few hours. The work was preformed very cleanly. When they left there was no mess! The installation was great. I really like the shutters and have received many compliments from friends and my new neighbors. They look great inside and outside! I highly recommend Louvers of St Augustine. Bill Turner is the franchise owner. I felt I had made a new friend.

We worked with Bill on our brand new house even before closing. He came out to the house brought samples of all of the options, was very up front and transparent about the pricing with no pressure to buy the more expensive options, he just gave all the pros and cons of each alternative based on his many years of experience. He did all of the measurements and provided the quote in one quick visit and we purchased the day of closing. His turnaround time was very quick despite factory closures due to Covid, and install was a breeze, done in less than 3 hours for our entire 3000 sq ft 2 story home. Would recommend working with Bill and his team to anyone! Pleasure working with you Bill, thanks again!

I bought a house in Saint Augustine 9 years ago. Bill Turner was recommended by a friend. We started with night shades for the bedroom and then proceeded to install plantation shutters on the rest of the windows. Bill was always prompt, great installations, very clean workmanship. Over the years we upgraded rooms in the house and Bill was always on target with his suggestion. Great salesman. Great product.

My wife and I were looking for window treatments for our new home. We wanted shutters in the main rooms with a specific request for motorized blinds that worked with Apple HomeKit (Siri) in our master bedroom and bonus room. After meeting with All About Blinds (terrible experience, recommended a product that wouldn’t work) and Calico Corners (overpriced), we met with Bill Turner who was super knowledgeable and professional. Bill was quick the entire time from quotes to ordering to install. He’s come back every time we have had a minor problem to ensure everything is functioning properly. Can’t recommend Bill enough to anyone looking for window treatments.
