Bill, is very professional, he showed up on the extract promised time, he did an estimate for the whole house for shutters. I am happy that he has matched the price that I got from other companies and finally secured the work. Bill Turner showed up for the installation day at the committed time and did install very quickly. He addresses all my questions and concerns. I am very happy and impressed with the service.
