They either never replied or replied nearly a month later!We saw the ad for The Louver Shop and called them. Yes, we left a message and Yes, they called back within 24 hours. We set an appointment, Pat arrived on time. We explained what we were looking for and and reviewed our options. Pat told us some of the unique features and helped us decide on colors.Daniel came out and installed them.They are professional and friendly and offer the best quality products.We are so happy that we found them!

The Louver shop of Knoxville has done blinds for us three times. Each time they were responsive and filled the order exactly. We will use them again.
Daniel came right out when I called to show me the options. He measured my windows on the same visit and was able to give me a quote! I paid the deposit and 4 weeks later, I’ve got gorgeous plantation shutters painted in the same shade as my existing trim. Gorgeous!
