Had a great experience buying from Louver Shop. Glenn is very knowledgeable about his product and made great recommendations to me regarding the new blinds that I had installed. He understood that I was on a budget, and I never felt pressured into a more expensive option, even though I did end up choosing to go with a slightly more expensive blind.I am planning to reach out again in the future when I need more windows updated.
If you haven’t used this company yet, hurry up! He gets busy and his work shows why. Easy to work with, timely, works well with other contractors in the same space , price is reasonable and as I said the quality and craftsmanship was wonderful… actually doing the rest of the house!
Glen does a great job of installing and cleaning up after the job is done. Very easy to work with and personable. Arrived on time and gave me a great suggestion for what model shutters to use. An idea I would have never thought of ! Florida room looks great both inside and out, with the new shutters . Also,Glen informed me that these shutters are eligible for a tax credit of up to $1200.00 under the Inflation Reduction Act and provided me with a Manufacturers Certification for my tax accountant. Glenn installed plantation shutters for us on 7 windows. 2 of them were installed in 2014 on our big windows. We got all new windows in our house in 2022 and we loved the shutters on the first 2 so we decided to do the other 5. He did a fantastic job! We love them.

We'd give Glenn a million stars if we could! We have wanted shutters since the pandemic began and we hired the Pittsburgh Blind company, we gave them a deposit and waited.. and waited and called and emailed.. and we ended up getting burnt basically they stole our money and then went outta business never notifying anyone.. it was a big mess. Anyway.. we decided we would try again and we were so happy to find Glenn.. He came over and was very professional, he helped us decide what would be best for us.. he want a pushy salesperson at all.. he just made some recommendations and said.. Hey, whatever you want to do is fine. We really appreciated that. He took a credit card for a small deposit, we were not going to give him a check.. we figured if there was an issue we could dispute any charge.. never needed to.. He keep us in the loop when he put the order in and checked back with us while we were waiting.. and as soon as the shutters came in he let us know.. was only a couple weeks.. a few days later he made arrangements to install them. He came over and installed them in about an hour and they looked great!! He really was breath of fresh air compared to what happened before. We would totally recommend him!! and if we get more blinds/shutters in the future we won't hesitate too call him.. you should too!
