I am the recent recipient of motorized shades from Louver Shop Shutters of Pensecola. Jeb made it incredibly easy to choose from all the samples of colors and styles he brought to my home. We were able to match exactly a paint color on my sliding glass doors! When the installer came, he treated my home with the utmost respect! He worked quickly and had my shades working in no time at all. He explained how to use the remote controls and I was using them like a pro before he left! I couldn’t be happier to have had Louver Shop and Jeb install my shades! It’s been such a pleasure for me to be able to sleep late with the blackout shades and have more privacy with the regular shades. Thank you so very much!!!

I made an appointment with Jeb, who showed up on time and ready to explain everything that needed to be explained. He took some quick measurements for the windows we wanted some plantation blinds for, and answered any questions that we had. They offered competitive pricing compared to the local big box stores, and with a quick turnaround around time. Once the blinds were delivered, they were installed not even a week later. I highly recommend using them if you’re in the market for some blinds, shutters, or any other product they can provide as the ease of ordering, quality of work done, and representation of their company is top notch.

We love our new shades! The whole process was easy. Jeb helped me pick out the right sun blocking shades, even getting different levels of block depending on the direction of the windows. The installation of 10 motorized shades was quick and professional, and they look amazing. They blend in with the door frame, so draw no attention to themselves when the shades are up. The remotes are handy and the installer programmed them for me. The process and the final results far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

Jeb, one of the owners, went out of his way to satisfy me after I showed disappointment in the shades after installation. Without going into too much detail, the vanes did not close 100% when fully shut, which to me defeats the object of "fully shut". The manufacturer said this is just how the shades were designed, and that remark still has my head spinning. But Jeb came up with a solution that required an additional blackout shade mounted behind the original one, and, of his own volition, offered to split the cost with me 50/50. This has turned out to be a great solution with which I am very pleased. Thanks Jeb!
