The owner was able to come to our home and guide us and make recommendations to fit our needs. They have great products and the customer service was superior. The installer Tony was top notch and set the whole experience over our expectations. From the moment he walked in he was extremely professional and takes great pride in his work. Bill Porter was the easiest person to deal with. I had him do shutters for two different houses . The installer was in and out in a timely manner.I contacted Bill when I moved and within 6 weeks I had my shutters. A friend was building a new house, used another company whose product came from China, several months after they moved in their shutters finally arrived. I had plantation shutters installed on the back of my home in the dining and living room. Bill came out and explained the differences between the materials as well as the pros and cons of each. The products are made in the USA!! He gave me a tentative date that my order would arrive and we scheduled an install date. As soon as they arrived Bill called and arranged for Tony to come out and install them. Tony was on time and did a great job installing them. The shutters are beautiful and a great addition to my home. It’s my understanding that Bill is retiring. I wish him well and hope he enjoys every day of his retirement.
