We are extremely happy with our Louver Shop experience - from our initial consultation with Greg through the installation process with Ronnie and Chris. We secured a few bids and did an apples to apples comparison. Louver Shop was by far the best in terms of cost/price, as well as quality of materials. Our plantation shutters came in and were installed just a few weeks after we placed our order - the exact timing that was originally estimated. The installation team was prompt, efficient, and extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend this company!

He measured and installed each shutter with care and complete knowledge My Plantation Shutters make my home look beautiful. They are so functional and enhance each room they are in. The craftsmanship and quality of each shutter is top notch. I also want to express my thanks to the Louver Shop of Maryland for keeping me informed of my delivery time. They were right on time! My consultation was with Sergio at my house who was very professional and knowledgeable. I got to see the samples and chose the plantation shutters that worked for my home . The installation date came and exceeded my expectations. The installers were very professional and the installation process was seamless. Since buying a new house in South Florida, I had never been happy with the look of my windows, and the window treatments. I had never heard of plantation shutters before. The Louver Shop was introduced to me by my daughter. Within a day of calling for some information, Jeff Sanders, the owner, was at my front door! He had samples and a wealth of information. He showed me how they would look in my home and gave me an estimate. I was intrigued and excited about ordering them getting them installed. Jeff was open and honest with me about the delayed shipping of the shutters due to COVID, 6 weeks! I was blown away when the shutters and the installer arrived at 5 weeks. Paul, my installer was above and beyond. He was professional, good at his trade and efficient. He was pleasant to have in my home and very respectful. My home has been transformed in the best way ever and I couldn't be happier.

The owner came out and measured all 4 windows and quoted a price. He was very polite and really knew his craft. He had the correct answer to all of my questions and I felt at ease. He told me it would be six weeks as the factory was busy. In about 4 weeks or less I got a text to set up the installation. I called and set it up. They reconfirmed the night before and showed up on time. The installation was quick and easy. They really changed the appearance of the rooms. We highly recommend the louvre shop.
