Had talked with several other contractors and they all BS’ed about delivery and installation. We choose Bill for this reason, HONESTY. Everything, he said would happened and than some. I highly recommend Melissa Cloyd and Louver Shop Shutters! Our 3 1/2” plantation shutters were installed by Rick last week and we love them. The measurements were exact and the color matches our walls. The top sections can be adjusted separately if desired. Great job!
