The basis for this five star review are: 1) immediate reply to our initial contact, 2) punctual for initial meeting, 3) punctual for visit to measure windows and doors, 4) punctual for service call to install shutters, 5) Gary was pleasant and professional throughout the process, 6) finished product was highly satisfactory resulting in our decision to expand the job, 7) several months later the shutters work and look as anticipated, and 8) pricing was reasonable based on the competition.
Brian and Jake were the best to work with! I have used them twice and they are the only company that I would consider. Brian was always available to take my calls and answer my questions. Jake explained all of my options, found me the best deal and even arranged financing…..no interest!!!!! Buddy, the installer was excellent! Arranged the installation to suit my schedule, late afternoon, which meant a lot. The Louver Shop is the best, and of course, the shutters are wonderful and beautiful. Would only use them!!!!
