I love my new wooden shutters, Cieko was so helpful and patient while we figured out the right stain, and it looks perfect. He was right on with the delivery time frame as well. I plan to call him back when I decide what to do in my turrets, he had great suggestion and told me to think on it as it ends up being a matter of preference. I really appreciate that there isn't any pressure. I would also say their pricing is very fair, I had a quote from another company in Cincinnati and they were quite a bit more expensive.
We called several window covering businesses to review options and get a quote. Including the company that works with Costco. They either never replied or replied nearly a month later!We saw the ad for The Louver Shop and called them. Yes, we left a message and Yes, they called back within 24 hours. We set an appointment, Pat arrived on time. We explained what we were looking for and and reviewed our options. Pat told us some of the unique features and helped us decide on colors.Daniel came out and installed them.They are professional and friendly and offer the best quality products.We are so happy that we found them!

Had a great experience buying from Louver Shop. Glenn is very knowledgeable about his product and made great recommendations to me regarding the new blinds that I had installed. He understood that I was on a budget, and I never felt pressured into a more expensive option, even though I did end up choosing to go with a slightly more expensive blind.I am planning to reach out again in the future when I need more windows updated.
