Gary and his team were awesome. Gary came out and measured on his own and quoted an amount for the fabrication and install that was right on the dot. Lead time on the shutters was about what he said it would be (in fact they came in sooner) and contacted me for install with his earliest availability. Couldn't be happier with the shutters. I am the recent recipient of motorized shades from Louver Shop Shutters of Pensecola. Jeb made it incredibly easy to choose from all the samples of colors and styles he brought to my home. We were able to match exactly a paint color on my sliding glass doors! When the installer came, he treated my home with the utmost respect! He worked quickly and had my shades working in no time at all. He explained how to use the remote controls and I was using them like a pro before he left! I couldn’t be happier to have had Louver Shop and Jeb install my shades! It’s been such a pleasure for me to be able to sleep late with the blackout shades and have more privacy with the regular shades. Thank you so very much!!!
